Last-Minute Accident

Unbelievable. On my way home from work at mid-day, my car is smacked in the passenger side. An uninsured driver in someone else's car pulled out of a side street, and boom. (For you locals, it happened on Willy St.) Thankfully, I'm not hurt, but the car is a mess, and we're dealing with the insurance company and the body shop before getting on the plane for Amsterdam later today. Stressed? Who me?

That's awful! I'm so sorry. Why is it that the uninsured drivers are always the most reckless? Deep breaths girl. I'm just glad you're OK.

This is not what you needed, for sure. I'm so sorry, it's a pain in the butt, but i am grateful that you were not hurt.

You may, or may not, recall, the same thing happened to the Mister a while ago. A real hassle.

What a major pain. My car was hit by an uninsured driver and totaled while I was newly pregnant with Joles. The guy lied and gave the police and false address and told them he had insurance. They never found him.

safe travels. Better times ahead.
