Share Your Dreams

I've been realizing. When I'm traveling. That I may no longer have dreams.

Her dream is to have solar electricity for her house in Mali.
His dream is to go to Europe to get his PhD in business so he stays ahead of his students at the university in Nepal.
He lives in Bali, and his dream is to see snow.

Me? I'm not sure if I've got dreams. Maybe I'm already living them. But it seems that there should be something out there. Just out of reach. Bright and shiny.

I need some inspiration. Share your dreams with me. And let them inspire.

  1. Snow on the ground today in upper New York, can't say I dream of it, just endure it.
I may dream of that gentleman's beach instead!

I dream of hiking throught the mountains with my kid. I dream of winning the lottery and jetting back and forth between families in Tennessee and Texas. I dream of being able to start a foundation to make the dreams of foster kids' come true.

    You dream
    of having
    a friend
    close by.

    I dream
    of changes.
    Changes
    that will
    help me
    become
    who I am.

  7. I dream of being able to fly over land and waters I have never seen. Then I know I have it perfect because when I get tired of that I can go back home to a safe, cozy, quiet spot anytime I want.

    Now that would be heaven.

Oh, and some sparkly jewels and a stack of good books would complete the picture... :)

    - laughing often, deeply and well

    - a lap to lay my head on

    - enough room in my life for surprises

    - a home

I dream of being a goddess with ripe fruit and grains to feed the world. I dream a simple act of kindness or a smile will change the war within and without to peace. I dream that happiness will come to you, and you will continue to help fufill others dreams, like you do now.

  10. I can't say I dream, either. Nothing good anyway, just scary dreams.

  11. I don't really "dream" either. So I just don't really think about it very much. :)

Dream. I dream that one day I'll understand that real happiness isn't going to come from things, and that I'll find that happiness was here with me the whole time.
